- Goods sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery (our research peptides typically fall into this category due to contamination and safety risks).
- Perishable goods.
- Hazardous materials or flammable substances.
- Goods inseparably mixed with others after delivery.

Beyond statutory rights (where they apply), we offer a 30-day change-of-mind returns period from receipt.
Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original condition/packaging, with proof of purchase. Non-Returnable Items (including voluntary returns):
